When I followed up, all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. When I went for my test drive, it was smooth and easy and no high pressure at all. I love the car and all of the “extras” that were standard was a huge bonus. Finance was easy and I am happy with my purchase, with the follow up communication and with all of the people that I dealt with. If you want to get a great car at a great price, look no farther! The value is unbeatable! The dealership is top notch!! I looked at a lot of other brands and models and I know I chose wisely!! More

Outstanding customer service I was greeted with a smile before I had even put my car in park! Gilbert opened my door and asked how he can help me. He then proceeded to introduce me to Nicholas who would be taking care of me today. We all then went to Nicholas' desk. Gilbert asked me if I needed anything out of my car and proceeds to run a quick checklist for me- purse, eyeglasses, phone, water, book ! So very thoughtful!! Nicholas then proceeded to explain the service to be performed on my car and showed me to the waiting area. When he returned to me, he SAT down in the chair next to me. Nicholas did NOT tower over me or expect me to stand up and follow him. He sat next to me and explained the service that had been done. I was then invited back to his desk for checkout paperwork. Nicholas walked me to my car, opened my door, and thanked me for my business. Shocking! In all of my years driving, I have never had such customer service from any dealership. More
