Kalispell Toyota

I ordered a new 4Runner from them in September of 2021. I worked with Mike Lannaghan. Mike was nice but incredibly unorganized. He sent me the incorrect quote for the car 4 or 5 times before he got it right. He regularly called me Toby in our emails. Not that big of a deal so I just let it go. They did get me the car I wanted in March of 2022 and at that point I was happy. I made a deal to trade in my Subaru with them and they were going to take the studded tires off the Subaru and swap on the all terrain summer tires I had on Black Rhino aftermarket rims. The deal was I would get a check for $700 for the summer tires and I would get my studs and rims back. So the day came and I dropped everything off. 3 or 4 day later I had heard nothing so I sent Mike an email. He said he would look into it. I waited a week and heard nothing, so I sent him another email and he said he would look into it. I waited another week and the same thing happened and again, and again. It has now been over a month and a half and they finally cut me the check for the summer tires. They couldn't find my studded tires or rims so I think they gave me some other random persons tires without even looking into if they belong to someone else (sorry if they lost your studs I have them and am selling them.) Mike once again said let me look around and see if I can find the rims. A week went by and I heard nothing so I emailed him and this is the response I got: "It's not looking good trying to find them. I think there was a miscommunication and they were not saved, We thought you just wanted to tires" My rims were $303 each. The TPMS sensors were $82.50 each. That's a total of $1,542 worth of my stuff that they thought I didn't want. From what I have heard from other people who have issues with Kalispell Toyota the only way to get them to fix a problem like this is leaving bad reviews everywhere you can about them so here I am. Trying to get them to do something to fix the problem they have created. I will never be doing business with them again as of now. If they make it right and get me a check for $1,542 then I would consider it. None the less I will never work with Mike again and I would recommend everyone steer far clear of him. One of the most unorganized people I have ever had to work with. More

I have a one year old Tundra that has had a minor electrical issue. Went back in today to try to get the issue resolved. The service department was great to deal with. I bought 2 trucks from Toyota, they totally took advantage of me. They sold me a truck that did not suit me, I was there for 12 hours, at 9:00 at night I’m finally done.. after them switching vehicl advantage of me. They sold me a truck that did not suit me, I was there for 12 hours, at 9:00 at night I’m finally done.. after them switching vehicles around on me all day..and confusing the heck out of me.my car salesman was kind enough to tell me my truck will go 2 more miles on empty... cause that’s the way they gave me the truck...completely empty!! No gas. I had the salesman, used car manager, and finance guy all over me like volcures.. ooh they were laughing having a good time with me... ooh they got me good!!they had me claim a very small bend in corner of tailgate that supposed cost $7000 on my insurance!! Wrong! Another place said it would be $100 to fix. I have “A “tear credit.. they were kind enough to finance me for 5.7.. wrong! When I went back.. all 3 guys working with me no longer worked there!??? Funny they aren’t there anymore?! On second truck, they talked me into a lease.. ooh what a joke, when I go to take it back.... they say so much wrong with truck, i would have to make 3 more claims on insurance to fix... and pay them $ 4000 to get out of it... these claims were out of control, and have pics to prove.. and now my insurance is sky high... I have never had any claims on my insurance before Toyota!! This is a awful dealership, I am a single mother, husband dying of ALS for 15 yrs... Only wanted a reliable truck.. Its too bad you have to get took advantage of so bad at dealerships, as if they don’t make enough money... greedy greedy greedy!!! I asked several people to go with me, no one wants to go to a dealership, so went by myself!!! Just because you don’t know all their games, doesn’t mean you should be taken advantage of! Toyota deals with jance’s auto body, and they love to take advantage of people...it’s a nice side gig for the salesman and repair shop...lots of xtra money for both!! Both of these places take advantage of folks! Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy! No one deserves this, when all anyone wants is a reliable vehicle.. How awful both my experiences were.. I left crying and puking both times... Thanks a lot Toyota for working for the people.. More

GARRETT IS TOP NOTCH, I'VE WORKED WITH HIM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. I HAVE A 1991 TOYOTA 4X4 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PEOPLE WANT TO PURCHASE IT). I BROUGHT IT IN FOR SOME ENGINE REPAIRS, FEW YEARS. I HAVE A 1991 TOYOTA 4X4 IN EXCELLENT CONDITION (I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PEOPLE WANT TO PURCHASE IT). I BROUGHT IT IN FOR SOME ENGINE REPAIRS, GARRETT QUOTED ME AN ESTIMATE FOR THE REPAIRS. I ASKED FOR WYATT THE MECHANIC TO DO THE REPAIRS, HE HAS WORKED ON IT BEFORE, & HE ALSO OWNS A TOYOTA. HE DID A SUPER JOB ON MY TOYOTA AGAIN. WHEN THE REPAIR JOB WAS COMPLETED, THE COST WAS WAY OVER THE ESTIMATE BUT GARRETT HAD ME PAY ONLY HIS ESTIMATE QUOTE.
