"Melissa was an angel, highly recommend" My first visit to Kia was not what I hoped for but that was in a big part because I was not yet ready to make the leap. After the first visit Meliss My first visit to Kia was not what I hoped for but that was in a big part because I was not yet ready to make the leap. After the first visit Melissa kept in touch and was so helpful through the whole process, and we ended up buying a 2015 Kia Soul which was pre certified. My monthly payment expectations were unreasonably low during the first visit yet Melissa kept working hard to find us the right vehicle with a lower payment. After we signed all the papers she even spent half an hour helping us sync our phones and the blue tooth system. I would definitely recommend Melissa and the Kia dealership for anyone who wants a reliable vehicle with reasonable payments, even those who may have poor credit. In spite of being a bad customer Melissa continued working with me, and she was so patient when my emotional attachment to my previous vehicle made me unreasonable. The best car buying experience that I have ever had and Kia and Melissa will be my go to in a few years when we need another vehicle for my husband. More
treated like a thief I came in to this dealership wanting to buy a soranto, i seen it on line, it was in stock. I wanted to trade my 2013 mustang 5.0 in. I made a request I came in to this dealership wanting to buy a soranto, i seen it on line, it was in stock. I wanted to trade my 2013 mustang 5.0 in. I made a request on line, the next day a young lady name Brandy and she made appointment me to be at the dealership at 630pm. I came directly from work. I am a family dollr store manager and had just unload a truck before i came ( maybe that was it, i wasn't dress right). Jerry that help me first started talking about a lease. I never wanted a lease. He expained that i probably didn't have equity in the car in the . Bah bah!!! Jerry wanted my registerationfor my car, i thought this was different. Than he took my registeration to back of my car and check the plate number with my registeration to see if it match. Like he doubted it was my car. I totally felt like i was a thief, con artist. I have bought at least 3 brand new cars over the years. I will not be buying a car. You won't be seeing me in a KIA. P.s. jerry, my husband die 6 years ago thats why so many changes in 6 years. More
they lie to you for your business we did not want a lease with any charges at the end of lease that are unexpected. we were told that there would be none. just return kia at end of lea we did not want a lease with any charges at the end of lease that are unexpected. we were told that there would be none. just return kia at end of lease and that is it... well now lease is almost over and they want us to pay 400 if we do not lease again.. we can not afford to lease kia as insurance is tooooo high. cost to insure a kia is higher than insuring a 45000 dollar chevy truck.. then the charges that they want you to pay for should you happen to have a scratch or tiny dent , they are unreal. will not lease another and not suggest anyone else leases one , especially from Jackson mich dealer More

The service manage came out carrying two filters and advised me that the air filter and cabin filter were very dirty and needed changed. I asked him how much it would cost. he said 15.00 for the one and 19.95 for the other. They replaced them along with my oil change. When I got home and reviewed the bill they charged me $46.48 labor. I called the service department back to inquire about the charge and they assured me it was correct. Seriously that is highway robbery at its best. I asked if I had said no to the filter change if they would have charged me that labor fee and I was told NO, they would have put the old filters back in. So if your dealership is putting an old filter back in for no charge why should you charge to put a new filter back in. They also wanted to replace a sway link for $94.11. I declined there offer. I checked with a very reputable mechanic near my home and was advised if you change the sway link you should change both and he could do that for me (change both the right and left) for 125.00. Needless to say I will not be coming back there for my future oil changes and repair work on my vehicle in the future. I was considering on purchasing a Kia Sorento in the near future. Because of this experience I will probably not buy another Kia because of it. PS They gave me a form asking for 10's on the satisfaction survey which I have always received after having service work done at the dealership. When I called back and spoke with the service manager I advised him I would not be giving them 10's on their survey this time and guess what? I never received a satisfaction survey to complete. Just goes to show if a customer is dissatisfied and they know it, they won't send a survey to them. More
Great even at closing time. My wife, and I was looking at the Kia inventory, on a Saturday afternoon. We seen the only 2014 Sedona, they had on the lot. The sales lady came out, My wife, and I was looking at the Kia inventory, on a Saturday afternoon. We seen the only 2014 Sedona, they had on the lot. The sales lady came out, asked if we were interested in the van. We said, we were more interested in a SUV 4x4, but have always considered a van also. I asked what time they closed, and she said 4pm. I looked at my watch, and it was a few minutes after 4. I told her I wasn't going to take up any of her time, but she insisted, we at least take the van for a test drive. We agreed, and really liked it. Long story, short. Before we left there, we owned that new 2014 Sedona. The staff went the extra mile, and time after closing hours, to keep us happy, and made a great deal for us. More
