I bought a used Mercedes C300 from them 3 weeks ago. They told me there are no mechanical issues in the car. 2nd day, breaks are failing. Spent $350 changing front rotars. 3rd day, shift clank sensor is causing car to jam in acceleration. Another $365 bill. They told me you have 30 days to report any issues. Guess what, they WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL AFTER SALE. Especially this pathetic guy Eddie, their Sales Manager. The most unprofessional person out there. Just like the brand name KIA. They are a complete SCAM! Do yourself a favor, buy from a Non-Kia dealership!! More

The markup here is outrageous, I ended up paying thousands over MSRP for "market demand" and dealer fees, all the while being assured that I was making a good deal. Yes, I should've done more of my own research, but I was expecting hospitality as a first time car buyer. Instead I got taken advantage of. Something I don't blame myself for is the fact I was blatantly lied to. When I asked my dealer if the "Clermont Advantage" package worked across state lines, he said yes. Turns out, it doesn't. When I got in touch with customer support about my issue, they were outlandishly rude and claimed that I was the liar in this situation, that the dealer was "great" and "never would've said that." Please don't make the mistakes I did: do your research before thinking about coming to this den of thieves. More

I've always worked on my car for well over 50 years. I just rotated my 2020 Soul tires on 2/23 with 20,000 miles on them. Had an issue with the steering wheel, it was coming apart. Kia of Clermont orde I just rotated my 2020 Soul tires on 2/23 with 20,000 miles on them. Had an issue with the steering wheel, it was coming apart. Kia of Clermont ordered a new one on 5/25 and was contacted a week later about coming in to replace it. When I drop it off it was mentioned that I needed an alignment. I said the tires looked good and I don't need one, the mfg doesn't require it when replacing the steering wheel. Side note they gave me a ride home by uber, to & from the wrong town( Clermont instead of Ocoee where I live). After getting it back, my wife then took the car on an 800-mile trip. When she returned I notice the front outside edge tires were wearing very odd. Went back into the dealership 2 weeks after they worked on it. Explained to 2 Service Advisors about the wear on front tires they were in total denial. They didn't even want to look at the tires. It was stated it was a front-wheel drive car, I had refused tire maintenance, and the tires don't wear that quickly in that short of time. Ended up taking it to a local tire alignment shop to correct the alignment. More

I specifically asked about the oil change, air, filter, and cabin air filter. When I looked under the hood, the coolant was low. Sales rep talked to service rep and they added coolant. . I asked about the filters and was told they were changed. I told sales rep. I would be checking them when I got home. When I checked both were OLD and FILTHY!! I sent pictures to sales rep, service rep, and team leader. NO RESPONSE!! More
