Stay away from this dealer,total scammers,horrible customer care, selling a lot of no needded warranty contracts and never help you in case of cancellation, just want money commision and thats it. The service department here is the worst or they repeat constantly like little robots $200 for a scan $200 for a scan. My interaction with service was not great but Manny and another sales advisor John Smith were always helpful and very pleasant. While John was not really our ales advisor he jumped right in to try to help us. In our opinion John should be management. More
They are super nice and responsive until you buy the car, then they dont call you back, the finance director doesnt return you calls even when they owe you a refund for Gap insurance cancellation. This is specific to sales. I brought in my one year old Sportage for its 30k service and they recommended $1300 for services. I asked how much for just the services needed to keep up with the warranty. It only brought it down to $800. I feel that was excessive being that this was a Kia and not a luxury brand. Also, as I was waiting in service a salesman came up to me and asked if I wanted to trade in my 2023 for a 2024, essentially the same vehicle with a few minor upgrades. I felt that was unnecessary being that this vehicle was only a year old. Beautiful dealership and service center, but because of my service experience, I highly doubt I’ll be coming back. More

During the first service of my 2023 Kia EV6 on February 20, 2024, I was astounded by the exorbitant cost incurred solely for the replacement of th During the first service of my 2023 Kia EV6 on February 20, 2024, I was astounded by the exorbitant cost incurred solely for the replacement of the cabin AC filter and tire rotation. Free checks are offered in most areas, with customers only incurring charges for replacements, adjustments, or repairs. Typically, automobile service dealers provide upfront discounts whenever possible and solely charge for any necessary services. No such occurrence took place during my service day. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that they offered a service special for tire rotation priced at $15.00. Furthermore, my cabin air filter required replacement, resulting in a total cost of $239.14 for the aforementioned items. I find that to be extremely offensive. Moreover, a 7% additional fee is imposed for transactions made with a credit card. In the current era, cash usage is becoming increasingly uncommon. The service department of Kia of Clermont is adopting an ineffective strategy to attract new clients. Someone please, adjust the attitude of the service at Kia of Clermont. More
I recently purchased a used car from Kia or Clermont and had great experience. The Internet sales manager, Eddie Hodges, quickly responded with a fair quote. Mr. Hodges linked me with salesman, Alex Cortes, who was amazing. Mr. Cortes was very friendly, not pushy and was very helpful. The entire process was smooth and as stress free as a car purchase could be. I would recommend purchasing from Kia of Clermont and would recommend dealing with Alex (and Mr. Hodges if starting the purchase online). More
