They tell you anything to get you to buy and lie about it when you call them out on it. Very unprofessional behavior from the salesman, sales manager, and finance staff. This is the worst dealership I ever had to deal with. I purchased a car back in April of this year I had it the car for 2 weeks. I had to return the vehicle for reasons like the video you've probably saw I purchased a car back in April of this year I had it the car for 2 weeks. I had to return the vehicle for reasons like the video you've probably saw on tik tok. Which I probably shouldn't have went back to this Kia dealer because I had problems with them the year prior. So shame on me for going back but I LOVE Kia cars. Now the problem I have now is that the 2024 Kia Soul I returned in April still has the tag registered in my name but it's on a Kia sportage. So I'm having to take days off work and sat at the DMV, sunpass and Epass to make sure it gets fixed. I reached out to Kia of Clermont about this problem over a month ago and it's fixed. I spoke with Epass, sunpass and the DMV as well. Now I'm missing work and losing pay over this. I'm extremely frustrated and angry. With Kia of Clermont. Because they're the one that issued my plate and gave it to the other customer without making sure my information was cleared first. More

Hes telling me xx about sales and prizes LIES . Very sketchy and dishonest because I catch a lyft down there just to get denied . Im ok with the fact I got denied Im picking my life up so my credit has suffered but DENY ME FROM HOME And let me save my 30 dollars I spent in getting a lyft. They will tell you anything to get you down there . Don’t yall want ppl you can actually sell cars to? Don’t waste ppls time . Bad taste in mouth and when I buy a car straight out cash in a mouth I will NOT BE BACK. More

But when we try to pay off lease early- we would still have to pay all interest fees in term of lease even when we only leased car for days! We were lied to by everyone in contact with-including front desk person-STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSIP. More

I am a first-time Kia owner, first-time EV owner and have had a less-than-stellar start. I have followed the evolution of the EV9 from concept to its release in Korea and was excited to be among the first t had a less-than-stellar start. I have followed the evolution of the EV9 from concept to its release in Korea and was excited to be among the first to place a reservation online for its arrival in the US. I selected my closest dealership with no prior contact with them only to find out that this was possibly the worst decision I could have made. Kia of Clermont (a Morgan Auto Group dealership) has been a horrible ambassador for the Kia brand in their handling of my EV9 reservation, sale and service. What I would like to restore my faith in Kia is a refund of the dealers garbage fees, but nobody will speak with me. I’ve tried to contact the sales person, sales manager, dealership manager, Morgan Auto (who replies to these bad reviews to make new victims think they care, but never actually contacts the customer), even Kia USA (who says they can’t help, but at least they empathize). Shop elsewhere or be forewarned of the garbage fees; $3k Clermont Advantage (with oil changes for your EV … idiots), $80 wheel locks (that aren’t asked for and “can’t be removed”) and the kicker of a $10,000 market adjustment (the biggest scam of them all). More

I’m not an idiot I’m just old and they wanted to charge me $15,000 for a new car with a trade-in that was worth $25,000 and $14,000 and I already given them and they wanted another $16,000 on top of that I don’t understand why can’t they just give you the lowest fair and be honest about it no they have to play games with you and say what do you wanna spend you tell me what I have to give you $16,000 and what you’re doing is you’re screwing an old lady. Just purchased a 2024 Kia Forte GTLine at Kia of Clermont. I got a fantastic deal with numerous rebates and incentives. I was always leery of Kia Dealers, but in this one I received transparency fro Clermont. I got a fantastic deal with numerous rebates and incentives. I was always leery of Kia Dealers, but in this one I received transparency from beginning to end. My sales advisor Elezar Diaz helped me from the beginning of the process to the end. He informed me of all paperwork and the meaning of each article that was signed. He also explained the functions along with another sales advisor Hicham Malahimi who was equally knowledgeable of all the aspects of the vehicle and had an already clean vehicle washed again. The sales leader Samir Zakaria was never pushy and allows the necessary space and time to make a decision. Mine and not his requirements were bestowed upon my well being. You usually don’t get this from a dealership but it was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Kia of Clermont for their honesty and straightforwardness, I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family, I know they will be in good hands and treated not as just a customer but a lifelong partner. More
