Bret service manager was very rude; telling me it’s okay if I thought they didn’t know what they were doing; after I told him this was my 3rd time bringing car in for same problem after paying over $700 ; now want me to pay another $350. I have been a Kia car over 15 years; but after purchasing my last vehicle I resolved I would not buy another Kia. The customer service has went to the dogs. I began coming to the Canton dealer for service because Glassman where I have purchased my cars service is awful. I beginning to feel that way about Canton. I have received several letters from Kia dealers to buy my car. I have already start looking at other models for when I do decide to purchase; because it will not be another Kia from anywhere. More

The guy got it for $10.00 less. .L IKE A GARAGE SALE??????There service prices are much higher than other kia dealers.Dont take my word for it CALL other dealers.They are VERY unprofessional,...they showed no concerns about being caught in a lie.How did I catch them?? I marked my left front tire..Its a very HOSTILE environment...To bad,I love my kia sorento.. Had a great experience when purchasing a used Kia Soul at this dealer. With a growing number of people with not-so-great credit profiles, it's hard sometimes to get a dealer that will take the time to get yo this dealer. They get me any appointment needed promptly and are very quick to service my vehicle. Every time I walk in or call, Anne is so friendly and helpful! Steve in service helps me and treats me like a family member. He listens to my concerns, addresses any safety issues before anything could ever happen to my car and takes the time to explain everything to me. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Let them treat you like family too:)! More
