First I was lied too, Then they just ignore you! I bought a 2020 Telluride online in April. This during the Covid 19 issue. JR Kennedy and Stacy in sales were more than happy to help me get my new I bought a 2020 Telluride online in April. This during the Covid 19 issue. JR Kennedy and Stacy in sales were more than happy to help me get my new SUV. Then, a week later, I called and talked to Stacy about ordering all weather rubber floor mats. I also asked if Kia sold an all rubber cargo tray that fits behind the second row seats. Stacy said she thought so and would ask the parts man. I don't know who she talked to but when Stacy came back on the phone, she said YES! I asked more than once that the cargo tray was all rubber like the floor mats they sell and Stacy assured me the cargo tray was indeed all rubber. I even stated I was not interested in a WeatherTech type mat. I charged the two products to my card and eagerly awaited the mat sets. To my surprise the cargo tray was a foldable rubber/plastic tray. I called Stacy immediately and told her the problem. Stacy said she would talk to JR.and she never called back. First off they refused to issue a return shipping label. Then I was told I could send it back, (UPS $50)!! After numerous documented calls, I asked the operator for a manager extension number and was given ext. 5751. I left two messages and made more calls that went unanswered. They just ignore you at this point. Not even a return call. When I did open package, the invoice was included with mats and noted in yellow highlighter "invoice in shipping box." This is important because that's when I read on the invoice there is a 35% restocking fee.. So to recap, $105 cargo tray that Stacy lied to me about,, a 35%. restocking fee that Stacy did not tell me about prior to sale and a cost to me of $50 to send it back. I am still waiting for a return call. I don't even mind not being able to take advantage of the 0% promotion going on now for buying a new vehicle, but, it's the principal of being "LIED" to that really got to me. And to make matters worse, the cargo tray doesn't even fit the back end. It's held down with 2 flimsy velcro straps and it just lays in the middle of the area. TERRIBLE thing to put the Kia name on.
