My vehicle has been sitting in kia of canton parking lot for 9 days and they have still not looked at my suv for service nor has anyone contacted me with a status. It was a really smooth experience of buying a new car. The dealership was clean and presentable. Salesperson, Ricky Porter, advised us from time to time to make prudent decisions in buying.
