Harold at the service department was especially helpful to me. Respectful, kind, explained everything to me. When I called with a second problem he responded immediately. Our battery failed on a Sunday morning. Called KIA of Canton on Monday morning to ask when we could come in to get it replaced. After checking to make sure they had the right battery, they told us to com Canton on Monday morning to ask when we could come in to get it replaced. After checking to make sure they had the right battery, they told us to come in any time. I showed up at 9:35 the next morning, the car was done half an hour later. Great service. More

Excellent customer service. Communication was on point, and we didn’t miss a beat. A different dealer told us it would take two months to look at our car.
