I was shopping a new car and searched their website. After browsing I found a new vehicle with dealer discount. Called them two times for several weeks apart and they asked my contact information with p After browsing I found a new vehicle with dealer discount. Called them two times for several weeks apart and they asked my contact information with promising call me back for the car I am interested in. But no responses at all. After a couple of weeks later, I still found the car still is there with dealer discount in website and drove down to the dealer. They said only particular car has that discount and website automatically adds dealer discount for all cars even if those cars are not available for that discount. This dealer is not honest and whatever they show in website are disguising customers. Bad dealer. More
The service dept is terrible. Talk a good talk but didn’t complete the work and charged me for a general tuneup over $400.00. They told me every thing they were gonna do and at the end of over 2 hrs and $400.00 we went to leave two days later and his dad didn’t know we had taken it to the service dept and he checked the levels When I checked nothing had been done The brake fluid was low the antifreeze level was low and they didn’t even top off the windshield fluid We topped off everything He had to leave that morning. After I called the service dept and left 2 messages with no return call. Called the next day and no one answered any of the lines I called … left more messages. Called the service mgr direct line left a message with no call back I had to call the main number at corp and spoke with someone that called (Harold) the service mgr and finally spoke with him. He said they did do the work and that I was mistaken. Well it was no mistake that I spent money topping the fluids off. I’ll NEVER go back to Kia Canton again More
