Their advertising is false. They advertise a car for 16,900 for example. Then they tell you in the body of their narrative that there are $1081 in dealer fees to be added on. Additionally, there is a refurbishment fee of several hundred dollars to be paid. That makes their car book out at about $18500, not $16900. I recently sold a car to a dealer. I had to put $1500 in it to resurrect the SYNC system. Do you think I got to add that to the value of the car as refurbishment expense? More

I want to give them 0 stars!Their service department is I want to give them 0 stars! Their service department is an absolute disaster and I will never use nor buy a vehicle from them. My daughter had an appointment at 11:30 am and it took until 4:45pm for her to get her car back. All she needed done was an OIL CHANGE. That was after I continued to try to call and get in touch with someone which I could not. Not only did it take beyond what it could, but we could not get anyone on the phone. Their operators were patronizing and ridiculous. Plus they left her car an absolute mess. This is the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP More
