I was not in the market for a new car. I have a 2010 Forte EX Sedan with Alloy wheels & sunroof. I am very happy with this car, which I got at West Palm Beach Kia. I received an add in the mail, stating Forte EX Sedan with Alloy wheels & sunroof. I am very happy with this car, which I got at West Palm Beach Kia. I received an add in the mail, stating that their used car inventory is low, that my car is in demand & they are willing to pay $4000 on top of the black book value. At the top of the add, it said that the black book value for my car was about $12,760 & with the trade incentive, it would be $16,760 with an * next to it. Just below it does state that that price is for a good, clean car with reasonable miles & the price is valid toward a new 2012 Kia purchare or lease, at the full addendum price. Plus, you got a Publix gift card worth at least $2 or more, just for stopping by. I figured, it couldn't hurt to listen & if I could get exactly what I had, if not better, for about what I'm paying, why not. I called & made an appointment for today with Jay, the manager at 11. We showed up at that time & was told he was at the lot next door & I could wait or see someone else. I decided to wait & look at what they had. I already had in mind the 2012 Forte Koup SX in Blue, but would consider the EX or Forte Sedan. After a while I was told Jay was with a customer. Rich did the usual speech & I told him why I was there & what I wanted. Filled out the application & asked if I would consider a lease & I said yes, if the price is right. He examined the car & tried to claim that some mud & smudges were scratches. The only scratch was on the back bumper about an inch long. Some coating off the handles shown & there were fingerprints stained on the door & inside. Took the new car for a test drive & tried to fluff it up. After a little bit, he came back with a quote way over what I could afford & told me that the $4000 is negated, because my car wasn't "clean" it it was only valid on clean cars. That is NOT what the add said. I knew I wasn't going to get top value, but the add clearly states it is on top of whatever it is deemed worthy & that the price quoted on the add IS the clean version...not that if your car isn't deemed clean then you can't get the additional money. He said it is "implied". What a joke! That just completely soured my thoughts of looking at the EX Koup or any other car. Plus, he wasn't too aware of what cars he did have, since as we initally walked in he stated that the Koup outside was the last blue, but obviously they had one inside their lobby. Plus, when he tried to push a 4dr Sedan on me, I said none of the sedans had alloy wheels or sun roof. He's like "let's go take a look, I am sure we do". I said no, we already did & you don't. I don't like being snowed. You lie to me once & you ruined any sales. When I do want to trade, I'm going back to West Palm Beach Kia More

We came just for an oil change and ended up with a new vehicle. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Napleton and I recommended my parents to Napleton and they purchased as well. Our overall experience today was good, as we feel that we "got a good deal". However, to be honest, if it weren't for the manager Bob, we would have walked out before any numbers were discussed. We were on the lot for almost 30 minutes before we were approached, which we then found out there was a meeting. Already feeling frustrated, the salesman that we dealt with does not seem to be very personable. We felt as if he felt that we were wasting his time. Thankfully, Bob the manager came over and discussed with us what we were looking for and discussed our different options for vehicle models. I felt as If the manager was doing the salesman's job for him. After discussing with Bob, it did not take long to get our deal squared away. He was great at recognizing our needs and requests and finding the right vehicle for us, even though it was at another dealership. More

Let Me start by saying this is my 6th Kia. I have purchased far and wide. My last one was at Napleton so when I decided it was time for a new one I went there first. My intention was to price my car and visit a couple of other dealers. It was never necessary. From the Get Go William Hicks showed me what was available and asked what my "option wish list" was. He found the car on the lot with probably a couple of more goodies in it than I needed but definately wanted. He helped me get the price to a manageable area and then CHarlie Lopez, The Manager stepped in to help. All in all they made the experience a very plesant one and I am sure I got a great deal. If you are looking for a Kia you will not go wrong with them. Let me add that there are a couplke of other Kia dealers in my are but their employees leave a LOT to be desired. Go buy a Kia at Napleton and have a great day! More
