NOT your typical dealership experience This is our second experience with Napleton Kia and are very happy to say, will not be our last! We leased our first vehicle from this same dealershi This is our second experience with Napleton Kia and are very happy to say, will not be our last! We leased our first vehicle from this same dealership in 2011. While we walked away generally satisfied, the overall experience was far from pleasant. Not long after our purchase, our 14 month old daughter was diagnosed with childhood leukemia and our entire world was turned upside down. In the two years since, we have lost almost everything, including my job. It has been a struggle to say the least but our daughter is now in remission and in her last few months of treatment. As you can imagine, the loss of income has affected many, many aspects of our lives, including our credit ratings. We walked into the dealership at the end of our lease, prepared for the worst. We were defeated. Sacramento greeted us with a smile and offered us beverages as soon as we sat at his desk. He actively listened to our situation and seemed to genuinely care from the very beginning. He assured us that he was going to help us until we left with the best possible solution and he sure came through. Not only did "Mento" show us all of our options - beneficial to him and the dealership and not - but he took the time to go over each scenario in detail to show us that we didn't need to walk away defeated! He took our good history with Kia as well as my husband's veteran status into consideration and went to bat for us. "Mento" and his finance manager Louis got us into a brand new Sorento with almost the same payment instead of buying used at crazy interest rates that we wouldn't be able to afford. He stated several times that he just wanted us to be able to continue to focus on our daughter to get her healthy. We were astounded at the deal that we were offered, so astounded that we kept asking for "the catch" and I broke down in tears. We have NEVER had an experience at a dealership like this and we cannot stop telling anyone who will listen that there ARE still good, caring people in this world and we found one of them at Napleton Kia! For the first time in the last two years, we walked away from what appeared to be another hopeless situation, feeling like we were on top of the world! Please go and see Sacramento and Louis! They are amazing and they certainly have life long customers from this family! More

Sacramento Mercado Sacramento and the sales manager were outstanding in helping me purchase my lease buy-out of my Kia Soul. I received 5-Star Service.
