I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON OCTOBER 14TH 2022. ON RECIEVING MY CAR BACK THERE WAS SCRATCHES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON OCTOBER 14TH 2022. Poor customer sercice at this dealership. I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me ba I booked my car for diagnostics for last Friday & it still has not been done. Until this morning (Monday) I could not even get anyone to call me back or tell me what was oing on. On Friday I had been told they didnt know if they could get it finished, if not it would be finished Saturday.
