Three times I dealt with their customer service dept. Three times I was extremely frustrated Martin the worse telling me a part comes in a standard color my car is snow white not standard Six days of cal Three times I was extremely frustrated Martin the worse telling me a part comes in a standard color my car is snow white not standard Six days of calling before someone answered the phone two days waiting on Martian to text me with a price three more days of calling only to get Martin again . A two hour service appointed only to have my oil changed and a somewhat carwash Not sure what they did but I know my filters were not changed my fluids not filled and my tires not rotated three thing I requested to have done Valvoline completed it all it less then 30 min. More

I sent an email on Monday 9/14/2020 to see a used Mercedes. I agreed to a VIP appointment for Saturday 9/19/2020 at 11:45am to view the vehicle. I was call two hours before my appointment to say the vehicle was gone. More

Not the place to do business with. They told me one thing and did another. The SUV I bought new has issues that Napleton Kia wont help with. I had to open up a case with Kia to get help.
