We found John to be very professional and helpful. He was very willing to assist us in order to put us into the car we wanted. The main disappointment I have is that everyone (at least three people) was pretty vague concerning the KDK package which I found to be an overpriced theft insurance....WAY overpriced. I would recommend the dealership only to those who are willing to examine this aspect closely. We wrapped up our deal just before closing time and quite hurriedly because of the distance we live from the dealership, so it is my own fault that I did not have the time to fully understand what this part of the transaction involved. Paying a couple of thousand extra for this coverage would have been a deal breaker for me. In the end, we love the car. Just wish the presentation of this part of it would have been presented much more clearly. More
