Big time LIARS!!! Don't Trust these Guys!!! Bad Experience with these guys!!! Word to the Wise, Have a plan B, C and or alternative option "Before" giving these guys ANY of YOUR hard earned money!! Actually, another piece of advice, go with a "REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP" that offers you a warranty and honors their car if you drive it off their lot after spending thousands. KDK is more interested in the volume/sales not you the consumer "point & case". My experience made me feel horrible and all they could say is "sorry sir". I picked out a Dodge Ram 1500 in which i put down a deposit for, and they pressed me "hard" to finance more than I wanted to afford/budget. They ran my credit anyway, even though the truck they were selling, needed repairs before it was released. They found a couple of issues with the truck and "promised" that I would get it in a few weeks. After it was ready, I told them that I would pick it up at the end of the week, (KICKER) only to find out they MARKED THE TRUCK almost $1100 less than I was quoted online and Sold it to someone else before I could get there. What a SHAM!! Bad business!! Why have a down payment/deposit policy if you won't honor it?? All they could say is "Sorry" and we'll give you your deposit back. Like I said, do your homework and work with a reputable dealership. KDK Auto is not that, and they don't care about consumers, but they are more interested in Volume/Money/Gauging Prices. Know what you are interested in, and DON'T DO ANY DEPOSITS!!! They either will KEEP your money, or they still will sell the car your holding. Look elsewhere because they don't care. If i could have left a zero star, I would have, but they were decent people and they did allow me to test drive the truck. However, their business practices are flawed and needs attention because they are not providing a decent business for consumers. Always, always get another opinion before spending 17 - 25,000 dollars. Don't be pressured/bullied by their tactics or threats to sell the car that your looking at. Yes, they do have some nice looking cars/trucks, however, their longevity or performance may have issues. Check CarFAX's, history, and the overall cost/maintenance on their vehicles. Don't be duped by these guys!!! More

I had most of my other financing available as cash. I should have seen the trouble coming when they refused to give me a special appointment Saturday morning at 8:30 so I could have a timely return home after the sale: "We open at 10:00--be here then and we'll take care of you." I decided to arrive early enough on Friday(around 4:30) to take care of business then. In looking at my car, they immediately starting berating the paint, and what might need some buffing and a little blending on a couple of scratches as needing "major work." We then took it for a very limited test drive, and the little hesitation that every Honda/Acura 6-speed has going into third (sometimes) became that a car with only 63k miles, no winter use, needed "at least $1000 of (manual) transmission work." Seriously?! No Honda I've ever had (6) or known of has Ever needed a new transmission before 250k! They then told me that they could only offer me $4000 for my car!!! I've bought cars with a trade-in in NJ (2), CT, and OH before: ALL gave the amount indicated on the Buyers Order, so this was a serious problem, a cheating offer I would not submit to. The next day, I drove across to TSJ Auto Brokers in NJ with my "broken" transmission (which of course, performed flawlessly), where I was given full value for my trade, and bought a year-older S4, with several more features (19" blade wheels, Black Optic, B & O sound, sports differential, all carbon trim, APR carbon CAI) and the same mileage, for the same price. It became obvious why KDK did this, as they had another buyer early the next morning. Could have saved me mileage, hotel, and a lot of aggravation by being Honest upfront and saying, sight unseen, they didn't want my trade. More
Customer is always wrong Drove an hour after work after speaking to a salesman that said they would be open until 7. Got there at 6:30, didn’t get helped until 6:45. Right awa Drove an hour after work after speaking to a salesman that said they would be open until 7. Got there at 6:30, didn’t get helped until 6:45. Right away they said we close at 7. I explained that I drove an hour and the response was “so, we still close at 7”. The person I spoke to was rude and didn’t care if I purchased a car or not. If you are open until 7, does that mean if you come in at 6:30, you have 30 minutes to buy a car or we’re locking the doors? I told the guy it was rude to push someone out that drove an hour. He said “then don’t buy a car here”. I said fine, I’m leaving and I said “you have to be an idiot to treat a customer that way that drove an hour”. He proceeded to follow me outside to confront me for calling him an idiot, looking for further confrontaton. Because I’m an educated person and would have embarrassed him in front of his staff, I chose to walk away and write this review. He threatened that if I wrote this review he would find me and even took a photo of my plate. Come and get me; you are an idiot, unprofessional and a baby. If he is the owner, he is an idiot because what more do you want than a motivated customer that was willing to drive an hour, with money ready I might add. If he is not the owner, he was just a jerk that should be terminated. If they don’t care about the customer, you can only assume that they won’t be honest about the cars they sell. Purchase at your own risk. More
Liars I bought my car from this dealership in October and since then have had to take it in to be serviced multiple times for things that the company missed I bought my car from this dealership in October and since then have had to take it in to be serviced multiple times for things that the company missed or didn't notice before selling the car itself. I also had a HORRIBLE experience taking my car back to them when they promised to fix an issue on the car when I signed the paperwork. They acted like they didn't know who I was, didn't have my paperwork on file, and then told me that they don't do maintenance work and that I should take my car somewhere else. They don't give a year-long warranty because they know they would have to then actually do their jobs instead of acting like a bunch of boys who are reliving their high school glory days. I would never EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Don't buy here I drove off KDK lot in my newly purchased vehicle and shortly after received a text message from Dan- a KDK employee - that he had my garage door open I drove off KDK lot in my newly purchased vehicle and shortly after received a text message from Dan- a KDK employee - that he had my garage door opener and sunglasses I left in my trade-in. I let him know I'd be back in Monday to drop off some paper work they needed to finalize everything and I'll grab my things then. When I showed up Dan had no idea what I was talking about. Luckily I saved his text. So I showed it to him and he proceeded to tell me he didn't have my CLE clothing company glasses, my Raybans or my genie opener. They mysteriously disappeared. Sure it was my responsibility to get my stuff out of my trade-in. But the fact that he stated he had my belongings in his possession and would set them aside for me, made me rethink who is responsible at this point. They offered no reimbursement, no apology. I wasn't even upset about the numerous hours I wasted at KDK trying to make a purchase, the huge oil leak in my newly purchased vehicle days after I picked it up, the rude customer service, the arrogant staff. It was the principle of the situation that got to me. Save yourself the headaches, go anywhere else. The numerous, similar reviews are not a fluke. And now that I left a negative review they probably won't send me that $10 gas card :( More

As a first time car buyer I was very nervous and unsure about how the process worked and they took the time to work with me through it all. I was able to get my vehicle and they even made sure that it was safe for me to leave the lot and offered to fix any issues I have in the future. I would recommend this company over any other kind of car dealership! More
Very shady dealership, not trustworthy, horrible experience. John took a check for my deposit, I set up pick-up time, and when I got there he told me the car was sold. I bought the car for my daughter, her firs John took a check for my deposit, I set up pick-up time, and when I got there he told me the car was sold. I bought the car for my daughter, her first car. She was very upset. He told us it was only a car, we shouldn't be so emotional. He actually said "there are bombs going off and people dying and you are upset about a car?" He did not apologize, just handed me my check (which in my opinion was my contract with the dealership to buy the car). John told my daughter (who was crying) to get over it and walked away from us. He sold the car for more money to someone else, and didn't even have the decency to call and let me know. Liar. Slimy. Arrogant. Untrustworthy. Dishonest. Unprincipled. Is that the kind of place YOU want to buy a car???? More
