complete CONS I PURCHASED A 2010 sierra 100k miles from this dealer. I've owned way to many 4x4 trucks and have been a technician for 10 years. I looked at multiple I PURCHASED A 2010 sierra 100k miles from this dealer. I've owned way to many 4x4 trucks and have been a technician for 10 years. I looked at multiple chevy trucks and found this one. I looked at the truck exterior looked clean, normal scratches ext. for a 10 year old truck.purchased it in June, by the end of aug the bedside had bubbled so bad i was popping water blisters filled with water IN THE SUMMER MONTHS OF OHIO. the same month the cabs clear coat was peeling as I drove down the road. I had taken the truck and repaired the bedsides. after removing the bed the frame was so covered in undercoating and spray paint that I finally saw how rusted this truck truly was. the hitch had holes on both sides of the reciever after I knocked some of there spray on undercoating out. I wouldn't purchase a single thing from this place. look at the reviews there is other people that have been scammed by them and there rust buckets. they push AS IS because they are just covering it up long enough for it to sell. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. ever aspect of this sale was uncomfortable. I had given a deposit and was told I would get it back. as I was signing the forms they tried having me sign saying they do not owe me money. I had to remind them and show proof of the deposited with the same salesman less then 12 hrs ago... scammers scammers scammers More

Easy purchase This dealership is so laid back. You don't feel that your in a hostile environment. You wouldn't even know who to ask for because the reps don't come This dealership is so laid back. You don't feel that your in a hostile environment. You wouldn't even know who to ask for because the reps don't come off like salesman. I sold cars for many years and you could spot us a mile away. I have purchased two vehicles from KDK within the last two years. My first car was totaled. I knew I brought it a good price because I was not upside down on the value. My second car I purchased after totaling my first was a C300 MB. My first Benz. I had some minor problems with the vehicle that the dealer was willing to fix for me and my wife at NO Charge. I told them I was a returning customer and they said that they would take care of us. Wow!!!! This dealer is worth the trip!!! I live over a half hour away from them and I knew that would find something that would fit our family of three. Great place!!!! More

When my son was concerned that the DVD player was not going to work, Dave immediately located a test CD and helped us test it. The DVD player was working and it was a fast and smooth purchase. Poorly managed not trustworthy Worked with RJ for a few days to buy a Jeep. Received a purchase agreement. I put full coverage insurance on it, I got a loan and drove 3hr’s total to Worked with RJ for a few days to buy a Jeep. Received a purchase agreement. I put full coverage insurance on it, I got a loan and drove 3hr’s total to pick up a check. Cheaper rates elsewhere. On my way to get the check I called to let them know again. A very nice man name Dan helped me. Said I should leave a deposit “first time hearing about a deposit is needed”.I was never offered a deposit with RJ just got a purchase agreement which I thought was significant to hold the Jeep. Once the deposit was in place I got the check from the bank but then was called saying the Jeep was sold. I drove 3hr’s and got my credit ran, took a day off from unpaid work to have no car! They said they refunded me my deposit. I was willing to drive 7 hrs total there and back , glad at least that did not happen. A deposit in the beginning would of prevented all of this but I was NOT offered. I gusss lesson learned. I would not shop with this dealership. I’m thinking they sold it to someone they knew knowing someone is buying it soon. Very disappointing! More
