Rude, unprofessional, trashy dealership Walked into the place to test drive a car I saw on Auto Trader, after driving 1 hour. When we walked in we were never greeted or said hello, my name i Walked into the place to test drive a car I saw on Auto Trader, after driving 1 hour. When we walked in we were never greeted or said hello, my name is, nothing. It was a man who looked like a backyard mechanic came up 5 minutes after we get in, (after 4 different people walked by us saying nothing.) He says "hey what do ya need." We explain we were there to test drive a vehicle, they had it out front. He went and started it. (May I remember you at this time we are THE ONLY CUSTOMERS in the building) We sat there waiting for 25 minutes for it to be scraped off then someone to take it to go get gas, then for them to scramble for 10 minutes to FIND A DEALER PLATE. 🙄🙄🙄 In that 25 minutes waiting TO DRIVE THE CAR another man approached us, without saying hi or introducing himself his first words were "So you paying cash or financing". My husband stated "Well, nice to meet you, we haven't even drove the car yet." So needless to say even after all of this we fell in love with the car. We offered him a price slightly lower than the asking price and he refused it several times, which is totally fine!!!! So we parted our ways. I just personally would never want to deal with these people for more than an hour. If we got such little respect and such little help trying to BUY a car, I would HATE to buy a car from there and ever need any assistance with it. All around a joke of a "dealership". Dont waste your time. More
