First Used Car Experience Bought a Porsche from KDK 2 weeks ago. Earlier reviews seemed a little questionable, so I made the drive to visit KDK to check out the vehicle. We were met immediately by Ryan in true used-car salesman fashion, but that's where it ended. He told us to check out whatever we wanted with zero pressure. We looked at a few cars with nobody following us. The price for the car was better than anything I could find online, so we sat down for the high-pressure deal. There wasn't any! Now our car didn't have any extra extended warranties available, but I knew that coming in and didn't want any. It's a used car after all. The Carfax was on their website, so I knew everything before driving the car. When I came back a week later to buy the car, another salesman spent 15 minutes talking to us about high school football while we waited and had a great time! We'll be back!!! More

Horrible I purchased a vehicle from them on a Friday night. The car looked great, they pulled it around to the front if the building for us to test drive- alre I purchased a vehicle from them on a Friday night. The car looked great, they pulled it around to the front if the building for us to test drive- already started. We drove the vehicle with no issues, turned it off, restarted it. The very next day, I started the car and it had a loud grinding noise from the engine. I immediately called them, as it had literally been less than 24 hours since purchasing the vehicle. I was told by Ryan to take it and get an estimate for repair, which I did. I called him back with the estimate (could be up to $2500 for a camshaft replacement). He said he would call me back. He called me 2 days later stating they would not do anything for the repairs!! So, I called and spoke with the owner, Phil. He told me they would pay for labor and to send him the invoice when completed. Well, you guessed it! I’ve left messages, no call back, etc. this place is a RIP OFF and I would never recommend to anyone! More

BUYER BEWARE !!! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is trash. When I bought my BMW I was sold a warranty that could be utilized at any BMW dealership. !!! So a week after purchasing the car a rattling began to happen. After several calls to KDK they finally “fit us in” to “fix” it. That was a joke. The rattling began again shortly after. We decided to use our warranty and take the car to a REAL dealership. The BMW dealership let us know that there is no such warranty. We were sold a xx lie of a warranty and out 4K. On top of that. The BMW dealership showed us everything that was wrong and “rigged” on the car. Almost 5k worth of work needed. We brought it to KDKs attention as this is unacceptable and they said “call back in 2 weeks were all booked”. Of course you’re booked. You’re selling trash cars to people..... So about every 2-4 weeks for almost a year that is what we are still being told. Do NOT buy from this xxxx hole!!!!! There is no such thing as a deal that good. More

I’ve gone over both contracts and compared them to what you told me over the phone as well as what Ryan told me over the phone when he called to go over the numbers. You should be ashamed to work for such a dishonest company!! The monthly payment is no where near the amount Ryan stated on the phone on the first contract!!! And neither is the interest rate!! On the second contract he actually raised the interest rate simply because we had originally declined the extra insurance! Talk about bad faith and bait&switch on your customers!!! No where is it mentioned about my $250.00 deposit? I am sure you forgot to tell me that it was non refundable if we didn’t purchase the vehicle. If you don’t Refund my money, just consider it payment for the complaint I will file with the Better Business Bureau! I found enough online complaints about the same lies and deceptive business practices as I have witnessed and can provide proof for legal action. You have not heard the last from me! You’re nothing but a family owned business of crooks! You have no idea the length I’ll go to warn everyone within the United States even if it means a class action lawsuit! Let there be no misunderstanding, we will not be purchasing ANY vehicle with KDK Auto Broker Inc. I am asking for my $250.00 deposit to be returned to my account immediately!!! Legal action will be taken regardless! This will be posted publicly as my review nation wide!! More
