DISHONEST!! My husband has CANCER and was blatantly lied to by the General Manager R.J. Was told to take our new 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander to the dealership of our choice for initial free oil change. We sent the receipt and never received the reimbursement. We called and were lied to MULTIPLE times by RJ!! Steer Clear of this dealership!! They will tell you anything to buy their inventory and never follow through!! More

Do not recommend. Sold my partner and I a car with frame damage and mechanical issues not apparent on our test drive. Claimed the car was accident free. Floor gets water when it rains also. Steve offered to fix the issues and then became rude and won't answer our contact attempts. Refuses to talk to me even though I'm representing my partner. Contacted Ryan and also won't answer back. Poor customer service skills and shifty managers. Lesson learned about used car shopping. Don't believe the sales man and always check the car fax, even though that's not always 100%. More

I don’t even know what good I can say about this dealership? Maybe that their character is nice and they have a decent collection of brand new Mitsubishi’s BUT I’ve had nothing but problems with thi dealership? I purchased a car from the old dealership KDK before they turned into KDK Mitsubishi. Haven’t even had the car for a year and it’s been in the shop for 6-8 weeks in total. They do NOT honor their warranty!!!! The first time they had my car for 4 weeks and I did NOT get a rental until about the 3rd week. I was charged an obscured amount of money… but I paid it expecting my car to be fixed! IT WASNT. The drive back home and my car was still in fact making the noise and shaking uncontrollably on the freeway that I took it in to get fixed. So I spent a bunch of money and my car was still broken. The underneath of my car had random wires hanging out, they hadn’t bothered to clean the caked up oil on my pipes, and they said they replaced tie rods that certainly did not look brand new… but I was charged for it, hm. I paid a car payment for a car that I haven’t had in weeks! Not to mention, they left my car BELOW empty after working on it. I barely made it to the gas station down the street. They did this BOTH times they had my car in the shop. AND THEN, a few weeks later, I stupidly took it back to KDK Mitsubishi to fix what they DIDNT fix the first time… the same problem persists. They had my car for 3 weeks. I was then told that it was not worth putting anymore money into my car because it is from 2009. They offered me an Outlander with an almost $600 monthly payment and as a student in college, this was not ideal. They offered me no other options as to cars on the lot and said that me asking to have a lower payment for the Outlander was ’not realistic’. The possibility of me ever going back to this place is close to none. Nobody knew what happening with my car, they didn’t even have paperwork printed about the repairs on my car. No communication between the customer and the dealership. More
