We looked into this situation and discovered you left a deposit on a vehicle and decided you do not want the car later on. There was a discrepancy regarding the specific trim of the vehicle you were looking for, and we proved through the window sticker and the manufacturer that the trim advertised online is indeed correct. We did not falsify any information. We clearly stated our policy regarding deposits on vehicles and the window of time you had available to make your purchase. we will not go against our standard business practices regarding your deposit.
