I went there to look at a car. I called ahead and made an appt to come, drove an hour. This cAr had completely bald tires that needed replaced upon leaving the dealership, it had no AC…and was priced at a high rate I felt I meant nothing as a customer, to the girl that waited on us that day More

I'll start by saying everyone I spoke with has been very nice. However there are several things that are not sitting right with me. 1. I flew in from out of state and was told I would be picked up at the a nice. However there are several things that are not sitting right with me. 1. I flew in from out of state and was told I would be picked up at the airport. That did not happen. Had to get an Uber and was told I would be reimbursed for the cost. Didn't happen 2. When I'm told we'll get the truck ready for you, I would assume the tank would have been full. No, 20 miles to E 3. Was told I have a 3 month warranty. When I finally got home I noticed all the shocks were leaking oil, so I contacted Steve and was told I would be getting a check to help cover the cost of either rebuilding or getting new shocks. That didn't happen either. The 4 wheel drive does not work, so I wanted to take it to a dealership to use that 3 month warranty. I was told not to take it to a Ford dealership because they are to expensive and to get a quote( which I will have to pay for) and upon review I would get a check.(Well I'm still waiting on the check for the shocks) fixed it myself. It was not just a solenoid the 4x4 hubs are destroyed. 4. I just received the title with a lean on it, so I have to do all the leg work of getting it transferred over to the lender. Plus I have to do TT and L all myself. I have never had to do this with any vehicle I have bought. I would have liked to have known about this prior to buying the vehicle. Not one of these things is a huge deal, but combined it is very unprofessional. Nice people and will tell you everything you want to hear but take it with a grain of salt. Picture is of the hubs. Ron was infomative, got me a better interest rate than I had been pre approved at and took the time to answer my questions clearly and in detail. All in all an unexpected great experience. I recommend the dealership as excellent. More
I found a specific car on-line and drove over 3 hours to the dealership. The car’s exterior was clean and shined. The interior had not been cleaned. During the test drive I had to get gas because the gage needle was below E. The drivers door panel was not attached properly and the trunk release button did not work. After over an hour in the service department the salesman drove the car outside but he could not open the drivers door and had to exit from the passengers door. Back to service for another half hour. At home I notice the inner panel again coming loose and with 2 trim pieces now missing. If I would NOT have mentioned the problem in the first place I would have been home 2 hours earlier and NOT have to buy new trim pieces. More
My salesman Ryan was great, my issue was with the sales manager Steve tube. Steve appraised my vehicle (2011 Mustang MCA edition) and under valued it. It was in great condition and offered me less than Kelly Blue Book. Even when they partner with them for insta cash he low balled the price lower than KBB. I was given no reason and he never even talked with me. I felt disrespected for the low ball price and no explanation. Other people have warned me about this, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Clearly a mistake, I would definitely not bring a car to trade in here. More

I work for a dealership here in PA and we would've taken care of that issue all day long for our customers ... would not recommend anyone purchase anything here!! More

I was looking for a new vehicle and sent KDK a request for information. Steve emailed me very promptly and went out of his to take care of me given I live about 3 hours from the dealership. Steve did everything in his power to give me the best price for my lease turn in and the best price for the vehicle I bought. When I arrived Caitlin met me at the door and prepared all the paperwork while I was on a test drive. This dealership is amazing and Steve and Caitlin are very professional and made me feel very welcome. More
