Myself and the loan officer I had been working with through my bank came to the conclusion that this was one of the worst and most incompetent dealership staffs either of us has ever had the misfortune through my bank came to the conclusion that this was one of the worst and most incompetent dealership staffs either of us has ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The sales manager was awol throughout both visits, they completely disregarded every word I had to say about my financial situation and put another hard inquiry on my credit when I asked multiple times and was assured that wouldn’t happen. The financial guy then tried lying to me about why they had to do it until I called my bank and explained to them how it had to work. After more time wasted and coming to the point I was going to get my car I was THEN informed I would have to drive over an hour back home to my bank to collect the check for KDK personally which is absolutely unheard of and unprofessional as can be. I have dealt with very small buy here pay here type car lots and had a vastly better, more professional, and accommodating experience than I did with KDK. If I could rate them 0 out of 5 stars I’d try to still find a way to rate them lower. Justin did a decent but needs to learn to listen to his customer and only speak to what he knows for a fact to avoid a situation like mine again. And the car started leaking oil literally on the way home after all of this but I’d be lying if I said I had any confidence in them working with me on that what so ever. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend even pulling into their parking lot. More

I arrived at KDK and was greeted by Marcus with a warm inviting smile. He invited me into the dealership offering me a bottle of water as if it was his own house. I bought a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander for my partner, and a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for myself. The 3rd row in the outlander is great for extra seating when needed. The turbo Super All Wheel Control on my Eclipse Cross is amazing in the winter. I worked with Caitlin and Ryan for both deals. Ryan was chill and laid back, with no pressure at all. Caitlin was great to talk to and made me feel completely at ease. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. They got me approved for both cars a rate WAY lower than I had anticipated. I bought both my cars last summer and have been bringing them for regular service. I always get my car's service quickly and Todd is a pleasure to deal with! Thank you to KDK for the excellent customer service. 10/10 highly recommend! More
WORST dealership iv'e ever worked with. They sold me a Hellcat that later come to find out has frame and structural damage! I tried to reason with them about returning the car when they just kept brushing me off saying there was nothing wrong with it, so now I am on hold with Corporate to figure this out ands see if I need to take legal action. Didn't think it would come to this. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at all costs!!! More
This might be a good dealership but the experience I had was terrible with Steve Tube! NEVER GO TOO THIS MAN HE IS RACIST!!!. I talked to him on the phone about a 2017 Camaro and it was great he said the car was ready for a test drive when I came up there but instead once I got there and he seen who I was he instantly started making smart remarks like "wasn't expecting you too look like this" and I asked him what he mean by that then he said "you just sound different on the phone" so that was the first red flag second one was that soon I started test driving the car he says "don't go stealing the car with your homies" even after that I was thinking maybe that his way of making a joke but the boiling point for me is when he said "you gone use your dope dealing money or your moms credit card to buy this car" after that I couldn't take it nomore and just left I reported him too his manager and this guy somehow still has an job. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM STEVE TUBE !!!!. More
Drove up from Columbus to look at a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Had no issues with the staff except that they are completely unwilling to budge on price. The specific Wrangler I was looking at was price Unlimited. Had no issues with the staff except that they are completely unwilling to budge on price. The specific Wrangler I was looking at was priced $2902 ABOVE KBB, even at excellent condition (which the Wrangler was not). It's in good shape but not excellent. It had a crack in the windshield which they said they would take a couple hundred off the price for me to fix or replace it themselves, which is fine. However, the Wrangler has clearly been sitting for a while. It was covered in a thick layer of pollen and dirt and normal stuff that flies around the air. That kind of stuff doesn't accumulate after just a few days or even weeks. Not to mention it had almost 1k more miles on it than what it is STILL listed at. So either employees are taking it for joy rides or people are test driving it and not buying it. I hate the "no haggle" BS line that dealers give. What that really means is "no flexibility". They'd rather let a vehicle sit in their inventory than work a deal to make a sale. More
