You can say what you want, but it doesn't change the fact that you sold me a car with undisclosed frame damage. I like how you didn't put your name at the bottom, internet anonymity is great, isn't it? Also you are not suppose to disclose my personal information like my job, however since you mention my dealership - it is separate from this transaction, the difference is we don't sell lemons and trick people. I don't need a "cooling off" period, I need you to own up to your shady-ness, I will not be going away or swept under the rug. You will be hearing from the BBB shortly.
