Do not buy a car from here. Haven't had the car for 30 days yet and the engine has siezed up. When I called them to see what we could do they just told me to basically screw off and call an attorney and h days yet and the engine has siezed up. Knowingly sold me a junk car and no refund/ recourse I bought a car here with the belief that an oil leak had been repaired and 3 days after purchase discovered it hadn't. I had to take the car to them twice and they still couldn't fix it. Now the cars engine is blown despite 3 oil changes and perfect maintenance. There is evidence this was a flood car, as there is rust throughout hidden spots in the interior and lines of demarcation on seatbelts. A VIN check came back with a warning that the car was in fact registered to a county in Texas that was flooded by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Flood damage would explain why the engine performed so badly and then ultimately failed. I bought the car for almost $6,000 and drove it for 4 months now I have no car and a $6,000 setback. The dealership ignored my letter asking for refund and lied when the district attorney attempted to mediate the dispute. I am a 27-year-old college student with a full-time job and needed a way to get to and from school and work that was reliable while not eating gas. I wanted something affordable, attractive, and safe. I worked with Fred, an older salesman who made me feel comfortable right away. I told him what I was looking for in a car, and he showed me a few different options, taking me on test drives until I found the one I felt was perfect for me. They were able to work with my budget, and I know I got an amazing deal on a really great car. All the staff--Fred, the front desk, and the owner, Mike--made me feel comfortable through the whole process. They showed me the Carfax, discussed the history of the car and the maintenance that had been done on it, and walked me through all the paperwork. All in all, it ended up being a much simpler process than I anticipated. I would not have considered myself a "car person," but Fred answered every question I had in terms that I fully understood and could trust. A few days later, Fred even called to follow up and see how I was doing with the car and ensure that I was still happy with my decision. SWINDLERS!!! Will lie through their teeth!!! Sold my wife a van at a price $200 higher than the agreed-upon price me and the owner had spoken about the very same day. Also I was told there was nothing wrong with the van, but within 10 minutes of my wife's ride home she found out the heater does not work the ABS light brake light check engine light and other lights flash on and off. We have taken it up there twice already to fix these issues and none of them have been fixed they have not compensated us for our travel back and forth and still we have had no results yet they want all of the $524 they say we owe them when in reality we should owe them nothing and if anything 324 minus the $45 in gas going there and back to days and another hundred dollars and cash that I missed work to go up there for the second time so that they would fix it and still it was not fixed. The salesmen are Liars The Mechanics do nothing and the owner is a complete snake who will deceive you every step of the way to make you sign a contract that has been edited with white out, in a way that you can notice it's so blatantly it's like a slap in the face. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for their failure to practice ethical business strategies. Do not for any reason under any circumstance purchase a vehicle from these Crooks they belong Behind Bars. More
