Never called to tell us the title was ready to pickup, resulted in late fee with the state. Also, didn’t have the car two weeks and had issues with the hybrid system. Paid to have towed to them and the resulted in late fee with the state. Also, didn’t have the car two weeks and had issues with the hybrid system. Paid to have towed to them and they said we installed the new fuse improperly. 2 days later the car would start due to hybrid system again. Car has been at the Kia dealer and the bill came to $700. Salesman won’t return calls. The manager is a snide and rude. Will never go here again! More
