There was also no rear headrest which they refuse to replace as well. We will never buy from this dealership again More

Sold me a flood car. Masked engine problems and the fact that it was registered to a Texas county directly hit by a hurricane a year prior. I left dealership and it started smoking and I had to add oil every 30 miles to keep it from going bone dry. Then every time I went in for service they said no problems and did whatever they do to keep it going long enough to outlast the warranty. Engine blew 4 months later. Numerous vin searches online finally one with the tx info and flood warning on it. I searched and discovered there were lines of demarcation on the seatbelts and ext had been repainted undercarriage rusted. It was too late to get $. Owner lacks moral capacity he is a crook. He offered no recourse wouldn’t even let me trade it for a diff car while still under warranty. Atty general did nothing there are no protections for used car consumption in Ks. I learned much later that we are in one of a handful of states that are at high risk for these vehicles on the market bc our titling system is not updated and the system doesn’t recognize the info from the states who are up to date . Scam artists like this guy are able to put in for a new and clean title even presented me with a car fax report on it. More
