This is a Toyota Dealer. I have been a customer there for 13 years. They offer average wholesale for a trade in on a car they sold to me new and then serviced for several years exclusively. They cast a bad l 13 years. They offer average wholesale for a trade in on a car they sold to me new and then serviced for several years exclusively. They cast a bad light on their own dealership and customer loyaty. What they are telling me is that even though I have been a loyal customer my car they sold to me and serviced is not worth much on a trade in. I think they have lost a very good customer except for the Service Department which is exceptional. To trade a car with them is not a good experience. More
