I brought my Chevrolet Silverado in for a simple oil change and state inspection. This is not the first time I have been to Jupiter Chevrolet. $554 later, my truck was ready. Did the work really need t change and state inspection. This is not the first time I have been to Jupiter Chevrolet. $554 later, my truck was ready. Did the work really need to be done? Probably. All was minor and should have been pointed out during previous visits, but wasn't. Now I sit here waiting on a windshield washer bottle to be replaced because they broke it doing other repairs yesterday. I pointed out to them when I picked my vehicle up yesterday that the bottle was leaking, and was told they just overfilled the bottle. It was nothing to worry about. All the fluid leaked out and onto my garage floor. I took it back today, and they have so generously offered to replace the bottle at their expense. Duh! It wasn't broken when I brought it in, they should replace it at ther expense, and not act as if they are doing me a favor. SERIOUSLY.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF! I have yet to have a good experience at Jupiter Chevrolet, and I'm tired of giving second chances. Dallas Doge takes care of my other vechicles, and treats me with respect. I guess they will be servicing my CHEVROLET too! More
Lied to me from the very start DID NOT have the car In stock. and they NEVER even Sent MY Application to the bank. I went to a nother dealer who showed me who pulled my credit . Worst dealership I ever used. Bought a used van, which I later learned had been wrecked. The service dept tried to fix it, it was hardly drivable, they sent it to another dealership to get fixed, its still later learned had been wrecked. Its really awful, probably the worst one in texas.I have a lifetime warrenty with this dealership, It doesnt seem to be worth the paper its written on, I wish I could get my money back. More
After visiting several dealers, we went to Jupiter to look at an Equinox. I have never been treated so rudely. I expect a sales man to convince me that his product is better than others, but not to make me feel like I am an idiot, un-American, etc. for even considering something else. When I pointed out that his tone was offensive he continued to berate me about my choices. I may buy an Equinox (I already own a Malibu), but it will not be from Jupiter. More

When I got the the store, he did a great job at showing me the features on the truck and going over the numbers with me. the Finance Manager that I worked with was great, and I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes. This was the BEST car buying experience that I've ever had and I would recomend Jupiter Chevrolet to ALL of my family members and friends. More
