Amazing customer service!! I recently purchased a Grand Cherokee jeep from junction Auto, my salesman Gordon was fabulous! He was knowledgeable , very funny and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Gordon did everything possible to help me get the jeep I wanted:) After I purchased the jeep, Gordon also followed up with me to make sure things were good. I was looking for a used 2013 Ford Taurus SHO or Limited and came across this dealership. I called and spoke with Gordon who was very pleasant and offered the most help to make this deal work over anyone I and came across this dealership.
