The salesman are great but the service department is horrible and that’s an understatement!!! No way should I have to bring my vehicle back almost 8 weeks and they still haven’t found what the issue is horrible and that’s an understatement!!! I followed the chain of command with my issue with talking to the service manager and also the General manager over the dealership at that location. I was told by both they would take care of my issue with my vehicle and that was never done and I didn’t even receive a call back after being told they would be in contact with me(also left voicemails) More

Ordered part from dealer about two years ago. Called me in kept car for three days. Called the dealer to find out they didn’t have the part. Finally got the parts department to order part brought in vehicle again and this time it’s the wrong part. Had to keep vehicle about 2 weeks before finally fixed.
