Service advisor Troy Yost was professional and knowledgeable. Took my wife’s new grand Cherokee L in for an oil change and mentioned to him some noises I was hearing that I believed were abnormal. knowledgeable. Troy checked for recalls and there were a couple that got taken care of while the vehicle was with them. Troy and the technician assigned to my vehicle spent a lot of time and effort trying to figure it out. While it still remains a a mystery what is causing the creaks, they could assure me that it was not a safety issue, which gave me the confidence to bring the car back to my wife. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into my concern where most others I believe would have brushed this off. Also appreciate checking for recalls and getting it taken care of while the car was with them and not having to setup a new appointment. More

My initial experience was questionable due to the fact that I waited for someone to talk with me about my car for over an hour even though I had a service appt. for 9:30am. Nevertheless, when I did go ba that I waited for someone to talk with me about my car for over an hour even though I had a service appt. for 9:30am. Nevertheless, when I did go back to check, a couple of the men on the back row were more than courteous to make up for the initial guy's confusion. Michael Robinson, took my information and went out to check & log in my car. He & the "Mike" at the desk next to him were exceedingly pleasant & helped sooth my feelings. After a while I was advised of the things that needed to be taken care of in my van. New tires, which I was told had dry-rotted needed to be replaced & they suggested new tires w/install at around $1,500. Since I rarely drive the van and absolutely could not justify $1,500. for new tires that may also dry rot, I opted not to get the tires. I also ask them to check the latch on the lift gate as it had recently stopped working when prompted by the key or auto button on the console. I was told that it would probably require removing the back panel of the lift gate which I knew would cost more than I could handle. I also asked if they could lay the middle seat down into the undercarriage mode as the right seat had been moved, but after they checked they said that it was not working and might be a broken cable or something, but again I asked them not to worry about it since I knew it would cost too much to remove & possibly replace a cable. Thus, after the service was done on my 2011 Chrysler T&C van my total bill was just under $55.00 - an amount I was most relieved by especially since it included new wiper blades. Therefore, my overall experience was above average.... to wonderful! Pick somewhere in the middle thanks to your Service man & Mike & Michael Robinson. More
