I normally have my service done at Hill- Kelley in Pensacola but i decided to have it done at Autonation. it seemed that it would had been more convenient since i couldnt be away from home for a long Pensacola but i decided to have it done at Autonation. it seemed that it would had been more convenient since i couldnt be away from home for a long time due to becoming a care giver of a mom that was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 CERVIX Cancer i was definitely wrong. i dropped my car off at 8am. never heard from the technician until 545pm. at that time my service was complete BUT i could not come and get it because the paperwork was not completed. MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!! I will not take my car back to Autonation More

This dealership seems to be improving over the last nine months as we all come out of the pandemic. However, they need to bring back their shuttle service for local customers. Didn't follow up on the status of my truck and never answered the phone a single time when I called repeatedly - then of course tried to up-sell me on repairs. Personnel commented on how "super old my D answered the phone a single time when I called repeatedly - then of course tried to up-sell me on repairs. Personnel commented on how "super old my Dodge was" in passing when I arrived - even though it's a Ram Dakota, not a Dodge. The restructure didn't happen until 2010 and a knowledgeable staff would've known that. Will never purchase from or drop off for repairs again. :) More
