I took my car in on a Tuesday morning about 7am. I didn't hear anything about my car that day. I tried calling and emailing on Wednesday morning to see what was going on with my car. Still no respon I didn't hear anything about my car that day. I tried calling and emailing on Wednesday morning to see what was going on with my car. Still no response. Then I finally got a text about the end of the day on Wednesday that it was my battery and did I want them to replace? I text back no and told them that I wanted to come get my car. When I got there a little after 5. I was told that the technician was gone and he didn't know if my car was back together. I needed to make another trip there to get my car. Well, they wanted to send me a link to get this financing so they could do the service work on my car. When I went on my lunch to pick up my car I was asked did I fill it out for the financing. I said no. I didn't want any extra bill and I just came to get my car. I read some of the reviews on that finance site and people was getting charge extra and they claim that that charge couldn't be removed. Three days just to tell me a battery and try to pressure me into get loan through. I was not offered no loaner, Uber, or anything else while they had my car occupied for 3 days. They told me that Enterprise and Hertz was not too far but that was on me to get it. I needed my car while it was sitting over in a shop for days not being looked at. More

They are always very helpful , and they listen to my concerns and address them. I am not happy about how my car is returned to me though. Every time i get my car back the mirrors are moved, the seat is concerns and address them. I am not happy about how my car is returned to me though.
