Forrest was great in communicating with me and providing me with the best times to visit as well as explaining in detail the findings of my visit. He was very friendly and approachable and I absolutely did not mind filling out this satisfaction survey because of that. He was as helpful as he could be. Completely unrelated, I do feel that 3 hours is a long wait time for the light bulb change, especially taking into account I was there at 8am as requested. I was more patient however because Forrest was very informative and had mentioned the day prior that they were a little short on staff. 9/10, would recommend this service center solely based on my experience with Forrest! More
