Ordered part from dealer about two years ago. Called me in kept car for three days. Called the dealer to find out they didn’t have the part. Finally got the parts department to order part brought in vehicle again and this time it’s the wrong part. Had to keep vehicle about 2 weeks before finally fixed. Troy with the service department was super efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in to have the oil changed and tires rotated, but Troy ran a review on my model and discovered that it had two pr helpful, and knowledgeable.
