Matt and Patrick played a huge role in choosing what car I ended up purchasing, and especially the dealership I purchased from. They went above and beyond to help me find the EXACT car I was looking for and at a price that worked for me. They made the whole process very comfortable and explained everything in detail. I left extremely happy and satisfied! I will definitely be recommending Joyce Koons, and especially Matt and Patrick to anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks guys! More
The experience that my husband and I had when purchasing our used car from Joyce Koons Buick GMC was very good. All the employees that we dealt with from the sales staff to the Finance gentlman were extreme our used car from Joyce Koons Buick GMC was very good. All the employees that we dealt with from the sales staff to the Finance gentlman were extremely professional and explained what was happening in detail and in terms that were easy to understand. The salesman took the time to show us all the options and features of the car and how to hook up the bluetooth feature for our phones, etc. Overall, it was an extremely professional environment and experience. Pete Swarthout, the service manager, and Ryan Roberts, the service writer, are both very professional and knowledgeable individuals. I've been going to Koons of Manassas for service on both my GMC SUV's the service writer, are both very professional and knowledgeable individuals. I've been going to Koons of Manassas for service on both my GMC SUV's (my former Envoy and my current Terrain) since moving to Manassas in June 2010. Never once have I felt that I've been taken advantaged of because I'm a woman. They make recommendations for service if the mechanic finds something. They tell me if it is a necessary repair or something that can wait. If it can wait, approximately when I should get it fixed. I totally trust the service department at Koons of Manassas. My car has to last me a long time and I will not take it anywhere else to get it serviced. More

Nothing really substantive to add. Work was completed. No real issues. The Okay Rating is for overall experience is as it relates to a Specific Repair. Although this dealership ultimately pick-up the cost of real issues. The Okay Rating is for overall experience is as it relates to a Specific Repair. Although this dealership ultimately pick-up the cost of the repair, to suggest to me that this repair was not covered under my Auto For Life Policy was insulting to me. The repair was to replace a broken Engine Mount. This is the second time the engine mount was broke. My Auto For Life Policy (28 Feb 2007), under Covered parts, specifically says Engine Mounts. Not sure what I am missing here. My concern is what will happen in the future when I am faced with another Broken Engine Mount. Will I have to worry about who is going to pay for it? More

First and foremost, Vince and Patrick made our car buying experience a pleasure!! From the moment my wife and I stepped on the lot we both felt like we were a part of an enjoyable buying experience. Vince the salesman was very knowledgeable about the GMC product and was a key in assisting my wife and I into changing our minds to buy our new 2012 Acadia vs. the Ford Explorer limited that we previously had our minds set on. Not only were they both attentive to our questions and concerns, they both went out of their way to make the purchase as expedient as they could because we had a deadline to go pick up our kids from day camp. One of the most important facts of our purchasing experience was how inclusive Vince and Pat made both of us feel. My wife commented on our way home that she felt like they really cared about her point of view and answered all of her questions even if they were “silly woman questions”. They both also made the “dreaded” price negotiation a non-factor as the initial price they offered us was truly a “no haggle” price. My wife and I both agree that this was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences we have had in our years of buying cars and will strongly recommend Joyce Koons to our family and friends for their future car buying needs. Thanks to the Koons Team, based on our buying experience we definitely plan to see what they have to offer when it comes time for services etc!!! More
