Best of all there was an area for children which helped keep them entertained while we were there. I brought my car in for a wheel balance and waited for it since it was supposed to take an hour. It was more like an hour and a half, but I wasn't too worried. Normally I would be happy about that but I have 2 external antennas that can easily be ripped off by a carwash, so I asked him to have them stop and pop them into the trunk. The rep assured me he would and apparently pretended to hurry off. I waited for the car out front and finally two lot attendants pull up in my car. The only reason I can think of for two lot attendants to bring my car around is for a joyride, the extra four miles on my odometer confirmed that for me. They never bothered to remove my antennas either. To top off my experience I found they had damaged my brand new rims by hitting the lift, Paul confirmed this by telling me the paint on my wheel matched their lifts. Paul (Service Manager) told me that he could have my rim repaired for me. I am not confidant that anyone could do a descent job at fixing the missing chunk from my wheel, so I suggested that replacing the wheel whould be a better option. He agreed seeing that the difference in price was negligable. So I have now purchesed a new rim and am dredding taking it back in. Hey the balance of the wheels was good though :) More

We almost decided that maybe GM was not the way to go, but we decided to visit KOONS OF MANASSAS before going with plan B. Once we arrived at the dealership a sales consultant (Matt Barthold) came out to greet us, and let me tell you, this guy was wonderful from the start. We did not feel umcomfortable, or pressured during our visit. Matt asked us what we were in the market for, showed us our options and allowed us to take it for a spin...WOW! that was wonderful, usually the salesman accompanies you on a test drive, which in reality does not allow the buyer to really test a car. When we returned to the dealer, the negotiation was, by far, the best experience my wife and I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. We met the sales manager (Patrick Bryant) and he worked with the numbers that my wife and I had in mind, thanks a million Patrick!!! These guys at Koons want the customer to not only leave happy, but with a deal that works for the customer.
