Charles Carlson greeted us warmly and asked what he could help us with. we wanted a fully loaded LaCrosse with all the bells and whistles, and in a color they didn't have on their lot. We talked awhile and met Patrick Bryant, the General Sales Manager. He was delightful to work with, but we weren't ready to commit on this day. A few days later we returned and both Patrick and Charles knew us by name. We sat down, and before too long. Patrick had found us the car we wanted. We very quickly negotiated a fair deal without the usual haggling. It was such a pleasant experience. We are happy to recommend this dealership to our friends. In fact, my husband is thinking he now needs a new truck and they will be his first stop! Each of the people we met and dealt with were extremely professional, had positive attitudes, were knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. in addition, the trade in on our Lexus was fair.
