Tyson handled everything over the phone for me. My wife dropped off my GMC pickup and was shuttled to work. I recieved a call letting me know the problem had been diagnosed and could be done in a couple of dropped off my GMC pickup and was shuttled to work. After researching vehicle after vehicle and visiting showroom after showroom of car dealerships, it was a pleasant experience walking into Joyce Koons Buick GMC. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I was greeted by one salesman, Vince Wasson. I explained to him that I was looking for a Yukon XL in “white diamond”, second row bench, tan leather interior, and a rear wiper. I was not looking to buy the Denali model with all the bells and whistles. Vince promptly brought me to the General Sales Manager, Patrick Bryant. Patrick quickly searched the inventory to no avail, but he did find a Yukon XL at another dealership. There were a few more options on this Yukon XL, 2-screen DVD player and sunroof, which was perfect! I wanted the 2-screen DVD player for entertaining the 4 kids and my husband wanted the sunroof, but they were not must haves. As Patrick and I negotiated a very “fair” price for the vehicle and he explained to me the process of getting the vehicle from the other location etc., Vince had pulled up the same YUKON XL in a different color for me to drive. I left with all the information to share with my husband. That evening, I called up Patrick to request the vehicle and he was professional and quick to respond to my needs. Patrick reiterated that it would take 24-48 hours before the vehicle would arrive. I appreciate how Patrick kept an open line of communication with me letting me know step by step when my Yukon XL would arrive. As a matter of fact, my vehicle arrived a little earlier than expected. My husband and I were able to get the Yukon XL after work instead of the next day! When we returned to pick up our Yukon XL, we had a very smooth experience. Vince and Patrick were waiting with the keys to show us all the features. And since I had been working with Vince and Patrick over the phone regarding the application process, we were in and out of Joyce Koons Buick GMC very quickly. I highly recommend Joyce Koons Buick GMC. Vince and Patrick were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in meeting my needs. The showroom is clean, smoke-free, warm and cozy feeling. This vehicle purchase was meant to be. Thank you very much Vince and Patrick. This experience was flawless. You ROCK! More
The service dept. at Koons Buick, GMC has done a wonderful job in repairing my Buick Enclave. Major repairs were done to the transmission, front struts and engine cover, including spark plug replac wonderful job in repairing my Buick Enclave. In particular, I would like to commend Ryan Roberts, service adviser, who was constantly looking out for my best interest during this process. I have had many different service advisers and many different cars and dealerships over 68 yrs, and he is the best. Koons, in my opinion should give him a raise. More

I purchased my 2002 Bonneville from Koons and have had it serviced there since my purchase. I have always had good experiences with the service department and Kevin. Even if he's telling me things that need serviced there since my purchase. I have always had good experiences with the service department and Kevin. He has always been helpful and honest about what needs to be done immediately and what repairs I can wait on without it being a danger to me. Their service department is great. More

This is the third car I bought from Pat Bryant directly. Pat Bryant shows an astounding level of professionalism, honesty, and is direct when it comes to purchasing a new car. We traded in a pre-owned car, and I was more than satisfied with the whole process and trade-in value. Our new car was exactly what we needed. The environment was completely low-stress and was not what you would typically expect in a new car purchase. We have two small kids who have very little patience and the whole staff was very accommodating during the entire process. Pat even went out of his way to buy the kids a happy meal from the McDonalds across the street to keep them happy once they got fussy. Luckily we were able to wrap up the purchase very quickly, thanks in large part to the focus that the staff at Koons had. We will be back for our next purchase!! More
