We were looking to get out from our van and into a larger car for our family and found a 2012 suburban on there lot. One came in this past weekend and we went right on in, they went through the whole process really quickly and we were out of there that night with our new car! It wasn't stressful at all, the customer service from Gary and the whole team was beyond anything we have ever experienced at a dealership. More

We bumped into Ms. Kat Eakin, Sales Associate, while looking at new GMC Acadia's on the back lot of the Sales Room, at Joyce Koons. Kat was on a break, but she didn't hesitate to see if we needed any as looking at new GMC Acadia's on the back lot of the Sales Room, at Joyce Koons. Kat was on a break, but she didn't hesitate to see if we needed any assistance. Kat explained that she was new to Joyce Koons and that she was still learning the ropes, but that didn't stop her. She quickly started the process by getting an estimate of our vehicle, and credit application process. It was at this point that we were introduced to General Sales Manager, Patrick Bryant. It was made very clear that Patrick was very eager to win our business and stood ready to make it happen. Patrick told us up front that he didn't believe in playing stall tactics and wanted to do whatever he could to get us a quality vehicle that matched our needs. Before the evening was done, we had our new 2012 GMC Acadia SLT. The great service was made even better when we were introduced to the Finance Director who even went several steps further to get a better deal and less percentage points to stay in line with what we could afford. My wife and I, and our children all one GM products and have purchased several vehicles form (Joyce) Koons of Manassas. It is for stories and buying experiences like this that keep us coming back. My deceased grandfather, a life long GM employee, would have been very proud to hear how his family has been taken care of by the company who provided him a great career. We were so touched by all the efforts of the sales Team, that we brought our best friends in a couple days later so they too could purchase a quality vehicle. Again, Kat, and Patrick did all they could to create a great car buying experience. Employees like Patrick and Kat is what keeps people like us coming back back. I have never really taken my vehicle anywhere else since I purchased it onsite about 7 years ago. They are always frinedly and honest and most of the time they really do listen to your concerns. I found a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid on cars.com; lucky for me, it was located over at Joyce Koons in Manassass, VA. I called and was connected with Patrick Bryant; after explaining to him what I was looking me, it was located over at Joyce Koons in Manassass, VA. I met with Pat who then connected me with a sales representative since he's a General Sales Manager. I worked with both Pat and the sales rep. to work on and finalize the deal. I was in and out in under 2 hours, which was wicked fast. The entire sales experience from soup to nuts went without a hitch. From the manager, to the sales rep., to Finance (Tim in my case), to the person who sets you up with your service adviser! It was truly professional and on point. Make sure you take the time to give these guys a serious look when you are shopping for your next car. This was the 13th car I've ever bought (between me and my wife) and I've never had such a pleasant experience, which is why i'm here writing to ensure that other people just like you, know about such a great place to purchase your next car.
