Ruben and Jeff wells are truly exceptional and service oriented people. Not only did they obtain great financing at a low rate through the finance department but they did it all online and then delivered oriented people. Made an appointment with Inna for 12:00pm on a Saturday. Our sales person was James Ward we test drive the car and decided to purchase. James was very nice and answered all of our questions. I have always had a favorable experience at Koons GMC in Manassas, VA until my appointment on March 5, 2021. I had a prior-made appointment for 10AM. Upon arrival and check-in, I was told there would be a Manassas, VA until my appointment on March 5, 2021. I had a prior-made appointment for 10AM. Upon arrival and check-in, I was told there would be a wait of 1 3/4 to 2 hours. The appointment time was "drop off time". REALLY??? Also there was no free Annual Inspection ( as I was told when buying the Terrain!), nor was the SUV washed as had been the practice in the past. My complaints resulted in no charge for the Inspection, "...this time". I hope to have a better experience next time! More
