Overall - OK. I was looking forward to a car wash and because the temps were below freezing they could not do it. Very disappointing. We paid a lot of money for the lifetime service plan which includes because the temps were below freezing they could not do it. Very disappointing. The last time we brought the car in they had to wash the car twice, as the first time didn't even clean the car. Scott More
The service tech and the service manager were very thorough in their explanation of the work required. The rear lift gate works fine to date. However, the check engine light came on a couple of days thorough in their explanation of the work required. The rear lift gate works fine to date. However, the check engine light came on a couple of days after service, went out a couple of days, and came back on. OnStar diagnostic advised it was indicating "fuel control system readings are not as expected". An issue I thought was addressed during the service. The check engine light, requiring a diagnostic, is an expense I have incurred three times in the last three months. Granted, only the last was at your dealership. I intend to wait a period before servicing my GMC again. More

Ted Britt Ford provides a one pager with red-yellow-green indicators for key elements and even provides mesurements for things like tread depth and brake pad thickness. Kevin asked a number of specific questions about any issues my GMC Acadia was experiencing, and addressed all of them. I was provided a loaner, which was brought up right away, so my time away from work issues my GMC Acadia was experiencing, and addressed all of them. I was provided a loaner, which was brought up right away, so my time away from work was minimal. Koons negotiated each item with the warranty company, and were able to fix or replace every problem with my car. I was also able to take care of routine maintenance (brakes and battery), while keeping my out of pocket expense very reasonable. More
Jeff Miller is the best service manager I have ever had the pleasure of servicing my autos with over the years. However, I bought my GMC in Tyson's Corner from Dave Sawyer because the sales manager at at t the pleasure of servicing my autos with over the years. However, I bought my GMC in Tyson's Corner from Dave Sawyer because the sales manager at at the Manassas dealerhip was well below expectations, but came back to Koons Manassas for service because of Jeff. It would have been nice if Dave Sawyer was the sales manager at Manassas then I could have enjoyed both buying and have my GMC serviced at Manassas. The best of all worlds would be Dave Sawyer as the sales manager and Jeff Miller as the service manager. WOW. that would be a FANTASTIC combination! More

Steve and Will patiently helped resolve all my questions and were not at all pushy in any way. Patrick Bryant also was great to talk to after our test drive, helped us get a good deal on our trade-in and simplifed the financing for us. And Frank Seabolt made everything very easy on financing side and warranty, as well. The best experience I have had buying a car. Also felt like we got a great deal - and we really like the no-haggle price policy. Also, we LOVE our new Enclave. Thank you. More
