I initially visited Koons to look at a trade in offer on my 2005 Honda Element. The offer was for a lease, not a loan - whcih was not the sort of contract we were interested in. It's not often I have faith in a business, however I can say with authority that I was completely happy with the deal I was given, and grateful for the work both Steve and Patrick put into it. Will Coral and the sales team gave me a Godfather offer--an offer I could not refuse. This van has more bells and whistles than I have ever had on any previous van. Every day I learn how to use a new feature and I am like a kid with a new toy. I did get one other bid which was for more money and fewer features. This purchase was a very pleasant experience. More

Our first interaction was with Charles about 2 weeks ago when I was having my car serviced. Charles came out and spoke with my son and I. He was not pushy and was very helpful. Charles followed up with me the next day. He was always very considerate of my time and asked appropriate questions. Once we decided to make a car purchase, I contacted Charles to let him know I would be coming in. I was interested in both a Pilot and an Odyssey. Both Charles and Patrick spoke with us about the attributes of both models. I was struggling with my decision and Patrick suggested taking the Pilot home for the night to see how I liked driving the vehicle. I really appreciated this and it made my final decision much easier. Once we decided on the Odyssey, Patrick and Jordan worked very hard to get us a wonderful rate and monthly payment. Overall, the three individuals that we worked with were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole experience. Buying a car can be very stressful but they kept the process relaxed and stress free. My husband is planning on buying a car for himself within the next few months.
