I have a 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 HD truck that had an issue with very loose and sloppy steering. I had to take the vehicle back for service repairs several times, each time correcting another problem. It's been 6 years since I last bought a car, so I went online and found a really nice used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Joyce Koons and I took advantage of their "chat" option to ask for more info went online and found a really nice used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Joyce Koons and I took advantage of their "chat" option to ask for more information regarding the vehicle. An internet sales consultant (Robert Clanagan) contacted me immediately and was able to answer my dozen or so questions regarding pricing, car features, etc. I also requested if a shuttle can pick me up from the metro station which is more than 15 miles from the dealership and they were able to grant my request. My sales consultant, Matt Barthold was the one who braved the weekday afternoon traffic to pick me up from the metro station. Once we were at the dealership, Matt, along with his colleagues: Ed Dove, Sheila Williams, and Frank Seabolt were all very friendly and accommodating and made sure that everything was well taken care of. Matt also went out of his way to bring my newly purchased car to a Mitsubishi dealership so they could take a look at an airbag service warning light that came on and was able to put me on a loaner car for the day while my car was in the shop. Overall, I will definitely recommend this dealership to prospective car buyers. More
