I came to the dealership looking for a used car as a replacement for my old Honda but I wasn't sure what to get. I met this Salesman named Travis. He personally drove all the way to Maryland to bring my dream car back for me and will be delivering it directly to my house tomorrow! This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership, and all of them have also been serviced at this location. The reason I go back repeatedly is because of the the people, the no-haggle pri dealership, and all of them have also been serviced at this location. I have worked with Charles Carlson on my past purchases from this dealership and Jeff Miller for the service of those vehicles. Every time at the location, I have been treated as a valued repeat-customer. On this occassion (I purchased a very well maintained 2011 Cadillac SRX with very low mileage), Charles wasn't in and so I worked with two people that I hadn't in the past, Travis Gehring and Pat Bryant. I was immediately very impressed that the customer service provided to me by them, and glad that it wasn't just Charles and Jeff that worked that way for the dealership. The dealership must have one heckuva training program, because it working! I was again given excellent attention, advice and information by this two indiviuals, which helped with the purchase decision I made on the same day. Sheila Williams was very pleasant in talking to me about the extended warranties and the other service plans provided by the dealership, and she wasn't pushy at all, as can be the case sometime. Lastly, I'd come to the dealership pre-approve for financing. However, by the time I had left there the Finance Guy, Bill Curdie was able to obtain a "sweetheart of a deal" for me, which was much better than the AutoDraft from my credit union that I was about to use to purchase the SUV. Overall, it was ANOTHER great car buying experience at Joyce Koons Buick GMC of Manassas. And, I as I told them (in my best Arnold Swarzenegger/Terminator voice)... I'll be back! More
