We went there looking for a new GMC Terrain. After visiting several other area GMC dealers and seeing the games they play with the price and try to waste your time. One dealer(Tysons Corner) wanted MS visiting several other area GMC dealers and seeing the games they play with the price and try to waste your time. One dealer(Tysons Corner) wanted MSRP and lowballed our trade by $4000. Another(Alexandria) gave us their best "special" price and when we got home we looked at their website and found the exact car for $750 less. It was refreshing to visit a dealer that respects your time and knowledge of the prices of cars.The negotiation for the final price was very honest and straightforward and didn't waste our time. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted and didn't try to force us into something that they had on their lot like other dealers. Patrick worked very hard to find a car just like we wanted. Charles kept us informed through every step of the process. They found the exact car we wanted over 200 miles away and went to get it for us. To me that show us a dealer that wants to help and please you and not take the easy way out to sell you a car! I have purchased many cars in my life and this was my first GMC. I was truly blown away by the way that Patrick Bryant and Charles Carlson deliver a great customer experience!! I went to Joyce Koons in Manassas to purchase a 2013 Honda Civic. This was my first car purchase and my second time going to a dealer. When I entered the establishment I was immediately welcomed with a smiling face and bright colorful surroundings. My salesman Antonio was an absolute joy to work with. He understood that I was nervous about my first car and took the time to explain everything to me for future car purchases. He was open to my opinions and always had my best interest in mind. I left that day with a new car and a new outlook on car ownership. I honestly believe that Joyce Koons will be my dealership of choice for a all future car purchases as long as I live in the DMV. More
