Let me add my comment to others I’m sure you have received -- Your waiting area is substandard. Shoving two dealerships into one area is a bad solution. The area is too small and the setup is dismal. This is the third time I’ve brought my 2014 Sierra to Koons for service. When I got my truck, I was handed an advantage card that says the is a free car wash with any paid service. I asked at the time if this included the 2 Year maintenance plan and warranty visits. I was assured it did. On all three occasions, no one washed my truck. The first time I bought my truck in for work, you kept it all day. There was no loaner car available. I missed a day of work because of this. Yet, the same Advantage card says there will be a loaner car. Regards; More
