Steve Hughes was especially helpful in helping me select my new truck. When the truck I selected was not available, he found another truck that I liked even more (the "new" truck was a model higher than the one originally selected). Steve worked with me and his management to make me an outstanding deal on the Denali diesel truck. Steve was also helped and flexible when I discovered that you can't tow with the new truck until you've put 500 miles on the vehicle. Steve was flexible on the new truck delivery date so I could use my old truck to tow my race car to an event. I would recommend Steve Hughes and Koons GMC with reservation. More

We needed the annual safety inspection for our 2006 Buick. Made an appointment on line with Tyson as service advisor, with the option to wait for the work to be performed. All staff was very friendly and accomodating. They worked with me until we could come up with exactly what I wanted. I was shown how to use all aspects of the vehical before I drove it off the lot an worked with me until we could come up with exactly what I wanted. I received a complimentary oil change for my 2008 Buick lacrosse in the mail. The GM service is tempoarily closed due to renovations.
