Outstanding Customer Service I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra truck from a dealership outside of Virginia but choose Joyce Koon Buick GMC of Manassas to continue as my deale I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra truck from a dealership outside of Virginia but choose Joyce Koon Buick GMC of Manassas to continue as my dealership/service department for this vehicle. My decision had much to do with the great service and customer relationship that I have developed with Service Advisor Kevin Hall over the last few years. Mr. Hall was always very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with while servicing my mother's 1994 Buick Park Avenue on several occasions from late 2008 until last year when we decided to donate this car. One of the last service calls on this car at Koons Buick was a remanufactured AC unit. When this unit failed before the warranty period expired, Mr. Hall took care of having the unit replaced and we had the car back in a minimum of time. OUTSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE My 2011 Buick Lacrosse, suddenly while I was driving starting making a horribly loud noise, as if it was an issue with the muffler. Since I was in th My 2011 Buick Lacrosse, suddenly while I was driving starting making a horribly loud noise, as if it was an issue with the muffler. Since I was in the Manassas, VA area, I drove it immediately to Joyce Koons Buick. It was Thursday before the Memorial Day holiday weekend. The Tecnicians took it immediately to check, they gave me a loaner...a 2015 Buick Lacrosse. They called me that evening to say the catalytic converter had broken off from the manafold. It was a clean break, nothing that I had done to cause it. They told me it would be covered under the warranty since I had less than 80K miles. The car was ready on Saturday, and didn't cost me a single penny. I was so extremely happy and very surprised that the work was completed before the holiday. I was so beyond pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Joyce Koons Buick!! I will definitly be a returning customer! More
